Abstract

The goal of this article, is to show the process of the General Law of the Access of Women to a Life free of Violence, in Mexico. This law, improved from the women’s human rights approach, is the core mechanism to eliminate femicide violence and each violation of women’s rights, which includes to eliminate also both social and State’s impunity.
