Abstract
Amelia Tiganus, feminist activist and women's human rights defender. She was born on 11st March 1984 in Galati, Romania. She lives in Euskadi, and were she was able to rebuild her life and be reborn after having been sexually exploited for five years in Spain. She works at Feminicidio.net, she took part in it since 2015 and she currently holds the position of coordinator of the online training platform. Moreover, she carries out the prevention, training and awareness project on prostitution, trafficking, sexual violence and other kind of violence against women. She has published several articles such as La revuelta de las putas (2017), Recuerdos de cómo se fabrica una puta (2017). She teach in several courses and workshops to raise awareness to prevent trafficking and prostitution. In the last two years she has given more than 80 lectures, talks and workshops in Spanish and also in Argentina. Tiganus assets that: "We cannot speak of equality between men and women, nor of social justice, while any woman is sexually exploited in the World".
