Abstract

Brief comments on the book by Dr. Carlos Garrido López entitled "Exceptional Decisions and Jurisdictional Guarantee of the Constitution", in which he carries out a historical analysis that brings the work of the great masters of the subject up to date, while rigorously analysing the current Law of Exceptionality and focusing - and here the most interesting aspect - on the jurisprudential evolution of the Constitutional Court's control of states of necessity throughout its history, going into detail on the different legal means that comprise it.
