La necesaria implicación de las Administraciones Públicas ante la brecha digital

Abstract

Public Administrations have made a great effort to adapt to the digital world, but these technological advances have left out of their knowledge and use many people who have not been able to access them for economic reasons, advanced age, predisposition, skills or lack of information or training, producing what has been called the digital divide. This paper analyzes the necessary involvement of Public Administrations in the face of this reality.
