Validación de reglas de sintonización anti-windup en un horno solar

Resumen

Los controladores proporcional-integral (PI) son ampliamente utilizados en la industria por su simplicidad y robustez. Sin embargo, la saturación de los actuadores puede provocar el fenómeno de \textit{windup}, lo que degrada significativamente el rendimiento del sistema. Entre las técnicas \textit{anti-windup} más empleadas destaca el esquema \textit{back-calculation}, cuyo desempeño depende de la correcta selección de la constante de \textit{tracking}. Aunque existen reglas clásicas de ajuste, estas suelen ofrecer resultados conservadores y limitados frente a condiciones reales de operación. En este trabajo se validan nuevas reglas de sintonización de la constante $T_t$, desarrolladas para problemas de rechazo de perturbaciones medibles. La validación se realiza en un simulador de un horno solar SF60, caracterizado por dinámicas no lineales, restricciones físicas y perturbaciones asociadas a cambios en la irradiancia solar. Los resultados obtenidos muestran que las reglas propuestas mejoran notablemente el comportamiento del sistema frente a las estrategias clásicas de ajuste. Estos resultados evidencian la aplicabilidad práctica y la efectividad de las reglas propuestas.
