Abstract

This work develops a reflection from the pedagogical point of view on an experience of qualitative evaluation of the initiatives related to environmental education (EA): it is a journey that was built placing at the center the creation of occasions for exchange, reflection and sharing of a framework theoretical and common language, based on activities carried out in Italy to draw possible future perspectives. This path proved to be a precious opportunity for confrontation about the meaning of “doing EA” and a clue to be followed in the construction, in a participatory way and involving all subjects directly interested, of systems of quality indicators suitable to regional, flexible and adaptable to various requirements.
