The Anuario da Facultade de Dereito da Universidade da Coruña is a well-established academic journal in the field of Law, devoted to the dissemination of original research that contributes to the advancement of legal knowledge across its various branches.

The journal is published annually and, since 2016, has been available exclusively in electronic format. Its structure comprises four main sections—scholarly articles, case law commentaries, reviews and notes, and a section devoted to teaching innovation—aimed at encouraging reflection on methodologies and best practices in legal education. The journal is indexed in recognized databases such as Latindex 2.0, Dialnet, Dulcinea, and RESH, and holds a Group B academic classification in systems such as CIRC and CARHUS+. Under the direction of Professor Noelia Collado Rodríguez and with Professor Silvia Rodríguez López serving as Managing Editor, the journal maintains an open call for submissions throughout the year, with a commitment to ensuring efficient editorial processes and reducing publication times.

The academic community is hereby informed that, starting with Vol. 29 (2025), the submission period for original manuscripts will remain open throughout the year. Accepted papers will be published on the editorial platform as they successfully complete the review process.

The AFDUDC will make every effort to ensure that the average time between submission and publication is approximately three months. However, this period may be extended in cases where the manuscript is written in a language other than Spanish.
