Digital transformation in Industry 4.0 requires effective integration of Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT), a key challenge due to their differences and the low success rate of current projects. To address this issue, the use of MeiA components in automated production systems is proposed. These components structure control software through two models: the Integration Model (MI) and the Control System Model (MSC). Based on IEC 61512 and IEC 62264 standards, these models enable IT-OT interoperability and facilitate connectivity between plant-level operations and enterprise management systems. This work presents a tool that allows modeling, validation, and transformation of these models into the skeleton of an automation project, using open technologies such as Sirius, XML, and Java. The process automates complex tasks, improves software quality, and reduces errors and development time, resulting in modular, maintainable systems that can adapt to future industrial changes.
