Communicational hegemony and the public radio in Venezuela. A Case study: YVKE Mundial

Abstract
This article presents the results of a field investigation in which was determined YVKE Mundial behavior in its web platform and its account in the social network Twitter, during the validation of signatures to activate the Revocary Referendum against President Nicolas Maduro, this event took place for five days. The research it had the realization of a monitoring to the environment within the framework of the Communication Hegemony, understanding that the Venezuelan State across his spokesmen has declared that this one is his communication strategy. It also takes into account the concept of public service broadcasting and the progress made by means of Information Technology and Communication to make communication will be a more democratic and participatory space. It was concluded that the broadcaster in the network strengthened the Communication Hegemony without obtaining a response from the users, since the comments and articles are almost non-existent, which means that YVKE Mundial survives among the superabundance of information on the Internet, through which , Users find a greater informational balance and plurality of criteria
