Abstract

Music and law are social practices that share some characteristics, including their normative dimension. From a philosophical or philosophical-legal perspective, this paper aims to offer a brief epistemological and ontological approach to the musical phenomenon and examine how music regulates its functioning. Therefore, it aims to analyse music as a normative practice in order to better understand law and lawyer’s activity.
