Abstract

We intend to present a proposal for action in order to change pedagogical practices integrating emerging digital technologies in learning processes in the school context. The proposal seeks the involvement of higher education researchers, of teachers with dynamic and competence of using ICT in primary and secondary schools and also of school principals. We present the guidelines of the proposal, its objectives, expected results and actions for its development. The proposal draws on knowledge transfer from higher education institutions so that, through ICT innovative teachers creating a culture of innovation, a dynamic school institution change occurs.
